One of my easy to make higher protein meals is mozzarella topped chicken in a tomato / marinara type sauce. 61 grams of protein per serve. Add in a side salad with hardboiled egg and some avocado ups the protein a bit, adds a healthy fat, and with green leaf, cos, or oak leaf lettuce a good dose of fiber as well.
