Second attempt!! Half of my macaron shells came out beautifully smooth and had great feet , the other half had good feet but cracked and caved in. They’re also mostly super hollow?? The hollowness happened last time. What am I doing wrong?

    Hey there! Hollows really aren’t a problem. After they mature, they won’t look hollow!
