The ingredients :
230 grams of bulgur (a cup and a half
180 grams of boiled lentils (a cup)
A liter of hot water
A teaspoon of salt
Three teaspoons of chicken broth powder
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of turmeric
A squeeze of lemon

Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we’re making a delicious, bulgur risotto that’s sure to impress., an easy one-pot meal that’s perfect for any occasion.
Start by heating some cooking oil in a pot. Add chopped green onions and sauté until they’re translucent. This will add a lovely base flavour to our risotto.
Next, add one cup and a half of bulgur and toast it lightly for about two minutes. This step enhances the nutty flavour of the bulgur.
Now, pour in one litre of warm water , bringing everything to a simmer and keep stirring , or until the bulgur is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid. then add the boiled lentil, turmeric.
Once it’s done, remove it from the heat you can add a fried or grilled tomato , some green onions or squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
And there you have it! A creamy, hearty bulgur risotto that’s not only easy to make but also packed with nutrients. Perfect as a main dish or a side.
