140 for almost 4 hours. Rest for 30 minutes.
Diced the pork. Tossed with some bbq sauce.
Put on top of the nachos and broiled for a few minutes.

Thanks for the input on my previous post!
They were great. Wife loved them. “Best nachos I’ve ever had” “I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and eat leftovers!”

As someone who’s been craving nachos, what seasoning did you use? I’m guessing 145 for 3 hours? And finally, pickled or fresh jalapeños?

I’d unashamedly eat the whole tray. Looks awesome!

Looks like good meat distribution. This one time I was on a date, my date’s eating all the fully loaded nachos. All the ones with the meat and cheese and everything, the ones that are fully loaded, she’s hogging them, so I’m mostly getting just, like, just chips. Like mostly just chips, like nothing on ’em, but, like, a little bit of cheese and maybe one little nugget of meat.

I’m curious what system you used for cooking based off your photo? I have an Anova wand, but recently purchased a Ninja combi to replace my previous air fryer and it has a sous vide setting. I’ve not been tempted to try it, always opting for my Anova….But I have very limited counter space so the ability to sous vide with a product already on my counter would be nice.

PS: I sent my husband to the store for nacho ingredients so thanks for that 😉
