That cut job was either
a) intentional to mess with you
b) they started with the first two cuts (on either side of the 12:00 and 6:00 pieces – the two “normal” cuts on this pizza). The 12:00 piece got accidentally bumped out of place, other cuts continued, then the loose piece was shoved back into place, tip intact.
