My whole life, I've been a "mayonnaise is too spicy" kinda guy. Until January, I tried a bite of some random hot pepper from the Asian supermarket and I was hooked.

    I had a small piece of a Scorpion from my garden. It was so wildly hot for how small the bite was. I can’t imagine people that can eat a whole pod

    Love them. Another idea is to throw one on the grill with a piece of steak.
