– INGREDIENTS –

FOR THE PULLED MUSHROOM:

✓ 1 pack oyster mushrooms
✓ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
✓ 1 tablespoon cumin
✓ 1 tablespoon coriander
✓ 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
✓ 1 tablespoon maple syrup
✓ Black pepper
✓ Salt
✓ Oil

FOR THE PICKLED SALAD:

✓ Cucumber
✓ Tomato
✓ Purple onion
✓ 1 teaspoon sumac
✓ Salt
✓ Lemon
✓ Olive oil

ADDITIONAL:

✓ Yoghurt
✓ Flatbread

METHOD

PREPARE THE MUSHROOMS:
✓ Tear or cut the mushrooms.

SEASON THE MUSHROOMS:
✓ Mix the spices and maple syrup together.
✓ Add the mushrooms and mix well.

COOK THE MUSHROOMS:
✓ Fry the mushrooms in some oil until cooked and slightly crispy.

PREPARE THE PICKLED SALAD:
✓ Slice the cucumber, onion, and tomato on a mandolin or cut them thinly with a knife.
