The email assured me that the “state-of-the-art cooling technology” would keep the ingredients fresh and cool for 24 hours beyond expected delivery. Their technology is no match for Florida summer. The box just arrived. Internal temperature is 60° with completely melted gel ice packs and warm meat.

Wow, I’m not sure what 60° is? but it is 30° here in southern Ontario and the ice lasts for 18 hours in the box. Typically my deliveries don’t arrive until 5-6 pm lately but are fine.
WOW. Now I’m really worried about this week’s box. I got that same email, delayed a day blah blah… well, over 36 hours later I still don’t have the box, or tracking, or anything. Not sure when or if it’s going to show up and now I’m terrified of the state the food will be in.
I hope you get the full refund.
