I do have three smaller meals and snacks some days, but I’m not a huge snacker and prefer two biggish meals a day whereby I can have more calories. Anyone else feel this way?

It’s pretty rare for me to eat 3 meals. Usually it’s a coffee, lunch and dinner. Saturday I’m more active so I might have a slightly heartier brunch + dinner

  2. i really recommend quorn fillets for the noodle soup! just stick them in with your broth, set a 12 minute timer and then add your noodles/veg into the soup when there’s 5 minutes left 🙂 they’re only 40 calories each and all protein, it’ll make it a more satisfying dish! you could save the calories by having a diet coke instead

Looks nice. I would def swap the coke tho. I hate drinking my calories but to each their own

For some absurd reason I thought the coke was an ingredient you added to your ramen. Not really relevant but it was too stupid not to share.

    Both meals look good!

  5. I tend to save up at least 600 kcal for dinner. My breakfast is a single egg fried in 2g of butter, then about 450 kcal of meat for lunch.

I get hungry at night. 🤷
