
I practicing to possibly be able to sell these eventually. Today I made my third batch- Raspberry with Wild Blueberry preserves filling. I’m baking under the Cottage Food laws and having a hard time figuring out what the heck to fill these with that I’m legally able to use 🙃
I also had to leave them in a hot oven because the middle didn’t want to cook, so I definitely need to invest in an oven thermometer (we recently moved here, so getting used to this oven now).

Are you in CO? I’m actually really confused by the Cottage Food laws.
The following products are ineligible to be sold under the Cottage Foods Act:
– Baked or fried goods having cream, custard or meringue fillings or toppings, cakes or pastries with buttercream frosting or cream cheese icing or fillings; or other frostings requiring refrigeration for safety
