Shishito peppers, onion,garlic,can of hatch tomato mix,salt,pepper,garlic,paprika,pepper everything to taste. Cooked peppers onions and tomatoes then added seasonings and blended.

    It has that kind of smoky flavor to it my wife said she really liked the flavor but then the hatch chilies made it to hot for her

    I always grow shishito peppers. I luckily have an ooni and cast iron plates so it’s a normal easy side at my house.

    But. Salsa? Are they not too tough? I let so, so, so many pods go to waste because I can’t find anything other than to blister them.
