I am now a believer. I was blown away by how good it was!

$19 chuck roast from Costco. 137F for 36 hours. Salt, garlic powder, splash of soy sauce, and a little liquid smoke in the bag. Seared on cast iron with avocado oil.

Forgot the before photo, but i am very impressed! Gonna make this for my dad.
