    Lamb leg roast (from costco)  
    With pesto sauce and potatoes.

    It was very tender and good.  I would say good as fine dining main course.

    Looks fantastic! How did you do it? Time and temp, what’s the crust made out of and how did you get it to stick? What was the finishing technique?

    I need some more details! How the heck did you get the herb crust to stick? Lamb is such a fatty meat that wherever I sous vide it, it comes out swimming.
