In addition to what the recipie called for I added a sweet potato and a whole bunch of mushrooms and cooked it on low for six hours. Next time I will add additional gochujang. With the amount of liquid that came out of the vegetables and chicken the spice level wasn’t what I was was hoping for.

Personally, I’d say ice cream is better on a day where it’s over 100° than spicy foods.
