It’s a great ingredient for a killer burger sauce. Just add a splash to your favourite recipe.
Classic way would be mayo+mustard+ketchup+pickled onion juice, but you can accomplish amazing things by playing around with spiced ketchup, chili mayo, hot sauces, worcester sauce, even adding finely diced onions again and spice that up with your juice. I guess you can also freeze it as ice cubes for future use.
