If you’re not doing keto/low carb then you might be interested in a frozen personal pizza. Lean Cuisine makes a frozen “Supreme Traditional Mini Personal Pizza” for only 350 calories at 6oz. Very filling, very satisfying if you want pizza. It’s a part of their protein line (17g), and it tastes pretty good if you throw it into the oven to cook it. I find it at Walmart and Kroger for like $3.50.

Red Barron 4 cheese frozen pizza is only 380 for 1/4 of the pizza. Add some salad or carrots on the side. Or have another 1/8 slice. 👍

Joseph’s Lavash Flatbread makes an amazing pizza crust and the entire thing is only 120 calories. Sauce, cheese, and some Turkey pepperoni, and maybe a teaspoon of oil, and you can have a really generous pizza for ~400 calories. Just half of it is enough to fill me up for a while.

Try green onion in rice dishes like this. It has a fresher taste. A quick version I use as a breakfast is egg rice. Just rice and a fried egg in whatever form you like. Top with a dab of soy, sesame oil and green onions.

I love egg fried rice, but I also think it’s good to satisfy our cravings. It sucks to eat a meal & still want what you originally wanted.
The California Pizza Kitchen Uncured Pepperoni pizza is 980kcal for the whole pizza. Half the pizza is super filling and only 490kcal. I think even getting a slice or two from your local pizza place when you’re craving pizza is something that you can work within your diet.

Theres a lot of pizzas in the frozen section at grocery stores that can be around 500-600 for half
