My first try at meal prep. Chicken breast + broccoli + onion on cooking pan with avocado oil and steamed rice with olive oil as main meal.
Salad on the side. I diced tomato, cucumber, onion and red pepper and poured some olive oil on them.
Used Chosen Foods Ranch Dressing on chicken for flavor. I also use their Caesar dressing in my meals, it is delicious! The most healthy options I could find to give some flavor to my food.
