At about 10 hrs of cook time now. Had to deal with torrential rains overnight! (All too common for the North East now!). Should be able to get 5-6hrs of rest once I get to final temp.
It’s a beast. Was 17lbs before trim. Had to put a fire block under the meat to fit it on my classic Joe.
