As someone with a terrible sweet tooth, desserts have always been the downfall of my weight-loss journeys.
This recipe is a game-changer: delicious, low calorie and high protein (keeps me full, and the cravings at bay). Finally, I’ve been able to lose 10+ lbs, which felt impossible with my massive sweet tooth.
Here is the recipe (6 servings):
– 2 cups cottage cheese (low fat)
– 2 cups Greek yogurt (0%)
– 7 tbsp low-calorie Jell-O chocolate pudding powder
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp chocolate chips (melted)
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Base:
– 10 digestive biscuits (smashed)
Topping:
– cool whip (optional) – In the picture*
– Fruit, etc.
Directions:
– Blend the cheesecake ingredients together until combined
– place the smashed digestive biscuits at the bottom of your containers
– scoop the cheesecake filling on top
– top with cool whip (pictured), but if you don’t like cool whip, you can swap for fruits or another topping of your choice.
Enjoy!
