The star of a ramen is the broth, and it’s kinda missing. That said not sure if it safe to assume that is packet ramen, if so, the improvement is 1000x and it looks super nice and tasty.

noodles don’t look great, but instant, so whatever, the biggest weakness of most instant ramen is the soup, the broth is very important in a ramen.
as far as instant ramen dressup goes, this looks good, just marinate the eggs next time.

Man that looks terrible. Absolutely inedible. I think you should just throw it away. In fact no that’s a disservice to your bin, instead drive down to my house and give it to me so I can safely dispose of it. No no… it’s the least I can do

Need more detail on what you were going for to rate fairly. I’m assuming dressed up instant noodles. If so serve me up a bowl! Nothing wrong with making it your own. Also don’t worry about seasoning your eggs all that much, plenty of places choose not to do so. Still not sure what the mystery topping between the meat and scallion is.
