Basically, these adverts being advertised by HelloFresh are promising "giveaways" or something, and as far as I've tried before, I only got an offer, and I didn't question this, but despite reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority (I have yet to recieve a response or something), these adverts have been appearing non-stop anywhere on Facebook. I get HelloFresh needs to make money somehow, but lying about freebies isn't a good idea whatsoever. Instead, giving discounts and stuff as a "freebie" doesn't really work.

I did like HelloFresh as a concept and with the boxes I received, but unfortunately enough is enough. These adverts have well, been making me annoyed, and since its been months or so, I've not been able to do much. Doubt Citizens Advice nor Trading Standards can help, but if I contacted the PR team (or somewhere in regards to the advertising), I'd probably be able to get somewhere, but since customer service is my main opportunity, I dunno what to say.

TL;DR: Just be wary of HelloFresh's likely misleading advertising, especially since this advert was always posted again and again. I would try to get FB involved, but seeing as how FB handles reports very poorly, I don't wanna try.

The advert says ‘win 5 weeks’, so what am I missing?
