2nd sauce of the season. Habaneros, peaches, vidalia onions, turned out amazing. A little thick almost like a salsa or a jelly (from all the peaches) but it’s so good! I’ve got tons more habs if I want to make more too. Probably gonna start a fermented sauce with my ghosts soon too.

That looks great! Have you considered running the sauce through a food mill prior to canning?
