Sharp white cheddar and colby jack on brioche, life changing

earlier, I posted what I thought was a grilled cheese, but it had bacon on it so it is technically a melt. I have been informed of this and will not make this mistake again.
now this, THIS is a grilled cheese. perhaps the best I’ve ever had. whoever invented brioche bread deserves the biggest kiss on the lips, because it’s heavenly, and dare I say it changed my life. the subtle sweetness of the brioche paired with the snap of the sharp white cheddar was just incredible. a couple cracks of freshly ground black pepper elevated it even more.
