A little linguistic note if you’re curious to know: salami is the plural of salame in Italian, but the generic word for cured meat is salumi. Salame is a type of cured meat.

What I see on the plate from the right is prosciutto, “lonza”, pancetta and under the bruschetta is salame. The generic name for all these cuts is salumi ( plural if they are more thane one) salume (if it is just one)
