This has got to be a first for me. This onion is the same size as the lime but I’m supposed to make onion wedges AND salsa with it.

I made this yesterday a few days ago and had the same issue. I just topped with tomatoes and cooked up the entire baby onion. I feel like the past month has been bad with produce.

We get tiny onions all the time! Sometimes, the recipe says to only use half, but we always use the whole thing and often even supplement with more.
