I have a new Ringder RC-112E, 250V AC temperature controller using 120V AC that was purchased several years ago but never used for anything until now. I programmed it per the instructions for heating and the power light turns on and I can hear the relay click when the ambient temp is below the set temperature but there is no power on the load terminals.
Owner's Manual
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1397988/Ringder-Rc-112e.html
Settings:
As an example – the desired Temperature is set to 57 C
HC Mode = Heat
Differential = 3 (3 is recommended. I tried lower and higher as well)
Low Temp Setting = 0 C (My understanding is this is irrelevant if set to heat mode)
High Temp Setting = 67 C (The low and high temp settings are used to prevent setting beyond those temps.)
Calibration = 0
Delay Time = 0
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong would be appreciated. I am guessing it is defective as I can hear the relay click when the temp drops below the set point, but as noted above, no power is ever sent to the load connectors.

Cheap Chinese controller being defective is a good possibility. Or you didn’t program it properly.
Just get a SV cooker, life is much simpler and temps will likely be better controlled.
