Kept it simple with Kinder's seasoning. 350f til 115f and ramped temp up to searing temps before searing off. Double stacked deflectors on one side so they would be up to temp for cleaning after. Seared on the standard grate. I'll be looking at the soapstone soon.

Ramped up to 600-700f to self clean after the ribeye was removed. Seems to have worked out nicely.
