Was just about to go downstairs to start making macarons for my friends mom’s birthday party tomorrow and I hear thunder🙄. A few degrees over ninety today and I’m worried about it all going well. Does anybody have any tips for baking in this kind of weather?

Dehumidifier! I have it running on a separate room to dry/ rest the macarons in.

Try Sugar Bean’s oven dry method. I do and it’s cut down on time and no need to worry about humidity etc.

I use a dehumidifier when it’s raining or really humid. Just be careful you don’t over dry them and end up with crispy shells
