1 head broccoli
1 red onion
1 spoonful jarlic
1/4 cup nooch
1/2 cup chickpea flour
Spray oil
Throw the broccoli and onion in the food processor and mince. Mix everything in a bowl and dollop onto a baking sheet in 12 sausage sized patties. Spray with oil, bake at 400°f for 35-40 minutes flipping halfway through.
