The OG is the way. You can’t really taste wagyu when it’s been smashed like this but the smell is wonderful. It reminded me a lot like the one from Patty palace and I enjoyed the perfectly crispy edges and the ratios with the cheese and ribboned onions. The Willy was too soggy for me from grease, not sure if the 16.99 was justified for that one when the OG is much better imo. How it works is they post their pop ups on their IG @lace_burgers . We ordered inside Texas Made Supply in Georgetown and then brought our ticket to the tent where they cooked the burgers. The actual process was kinda slow and we waited about 1 hr for the burgers when we got there a few minutes before opening. They plan to do pop ups in Austin in the future too!
