Came out almost perfect. Right on the line between good char and burned. Will go for a little less time next attempt.

I had my first fail this weekend with wings. Don’t get me wrong I still angry ate them but they went from a few more minutes to charcoal quick. My only excuse was I was inside cooking 4 other things but I think next time drumettes on bottom and flats definitely need to go on the upper rack. Maybe 15min at 400 then flip and MAYBE another 8-10min.
