Two cups of the soup, I dress it up with a ton of fresh lime juice, chopped onions, momofuku chilli oil (110 cals), feta cheese (30cals) and cilantro on top. On the bottom you can’t see is plain shredded chicken about 100g/165 cals. For the whole meal that keeps me full for forever. Sometimes i replace the chilli oil with just chilli flakes saves me 110 cals and makes the whole meal just 323 cals 🤤

The soup is packed with
zucchini, broccoli, onion, carrots, tomatos, butternut squash and couple of potatos. I season with maggi and curry powder and the whole soup has two tablespoons of avocado oil I use to sweat down the onions and garlic

    I’m not much of a soup person but that looks delicious (minus the Laundry Detergent Leaves in the middle there).
