Lunch:
4oz ground beef, 1 serving shredded cheese and lettuce.

Dinner:
3oz Costco rotisserie chicken breast, spinach, strawberries, red onion and feta.

Snack:
Oikos 17g protein yogurt, 1/2 serving of PBfit, dark chocolate chips and an apple.
