Cajun Salmon w/ a garlic honey butter glaze

    Used Chupacabra cajun rub and decided to throw together an easy butter glaze.. Cooked / smoked at 300 on some butcher paper (brushed with glaze about halfway through the cook) until salmon about 130ish internal and let it rest a few mins.. Fantastic
