The picture is translated from danish, and also the link is to their danish site (couldnt find it anywhere else…)
I just was wondering if it only contains the things it says, or if it contains some other things too…
I have tried a few times to cook it exactly like the recipe says, but with self-bought groceries, and everything turns out as great, EXCEPT for the sauce… I need to know what exactly its made of.

I’ve had a similar HelloFresh recipe in the UK which came with hoisin sauce, so it could be that! You can buy jars of it online. If it’s more savoury and umami, it could be black bean sauce. The ‘Contains’ listed are allergens only. Gluten and wheat may be some sort of flour, sulfites will probably be rice wine vinegar, sesame will likely be sesame oil and soy of course will be soy sauce.
Based on the other ingredients in the recipe, I’m going to say it’s hoisin sauce too. This recipe looks delicious! My two cats came from Denmark, I’m going to have them translate this for me so I can try this recipe.
