My 4th time making homemade tomato sauce and almost all of them went mouldy 😖
It never happened to me before and it’s kind of disheartening.

I can see that some of them have too much headspace, but not all.

Does anyone know what else could go wrong?
No sugar used, only tomato and salt.

Help. 😔
