• Lemon grilled chicken
    800g chicken breast,
    Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder , onion powder, chilli flakes,
    Zest and juice from 1 lemon

  • 4 cups of basmati rice mixed with the stuff in the pan + tumeric, minced garlic and onion

  • Sambal grilled chicken
    400g of chicken and basically the same seasoning, just tossed 3 spoons of sambal in instead of the lemon

  • Pickled veg
    Sliced cucumbers and carrots,
    Vinegar, honey, salt, gochujang, minced garlic,
    Mix and toss

  • 1 serving would be 150g chicken, 120g rice with a dollop of the veg
