Breakfast: pasta soup & coffee
Snack: kombucha
Dinner: monster salad

New to high volume eating at lower calories. Before it was just me eating everything all the time (plus drinking alcohol). Both meals I'm stuffed, but obviously I need to eat more higher calorie foods since today I've only reached 1109cals and yesterday 1221cals. I'm thinking potato fries with more tvp 🤤

Look at that fiber though!!! 😍
