They had Country Style Beef Ribs on sale super cheap at my local grocery store. They are not really ribs, but rather Chuck Roast cut into rib like shapes
Worked well for Sir Charles. Did 137 for 30 hours, finished with a blow torch, seasoned in bag with Salt, Pepper, Garlic
