I haven’t heard much on these carbon steel accessories are they worth it? Is it true carbon steel or is it just a coated nonstick pan?

    I love the Karbon Steel. We do hibachi style fried rice and veggies on it. Kids like steak on it better than open flame. Would buy again.

    So made in has an interring Carbon steel griddle you should at least look at

    Cast iron is great but such a pain in the ass to maintain.

    I have one of those. It really isn’t enough room to do much of anything. Recently got a blackstone and it’s amazing. Different tools for different jobs.

    I find the half moons cast iron really isn’t enough surface area. I have the karbon steel plate coming this week, I can give you an update then 😅
