This is a follow-up to yesterday's smoking. To include the final pictures.

This Angus roast was delicious! My wife and I sampled it during the end of the Fever Game, and we sliced and ate the whole roast. Becouse the game went in to overtime. So much for a proper dinner. So juicy! Similar to Brisket. The best Chuck roast we've ever had. Who needs sides? Beef and Old Vine Zin. All We needed.

Bark, smoke ring, super moist. Hmm…
