This meal is my go to when I don't have the time to prep something nutricious. The red lentil pasta contains much fiber and protein, this dish makes you feel full for a long time. And frozen vegetables are so convenient but healthy at the same time.
Two boiled eggs (+170kcal) with this may be a bit barbaric but I had to hit my protein goals for the day. 🙂

125g red lentil pasta (dry)
375g frozen vegetable mix
Seasoning to your liking
I like to eat this with tahin
