I had already smashed 4 of these when I thought to make a post on here. Super simple to make.
Chop your veggies.
Preheat your oven to 375F/190C
Lay your tortillas out on a baking sheet and give them a quick spray with olive oil spray. (At this point I seasoned mine garlic powder and a little Italian seasoning but you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to.)
Pop them in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
Pull them out and add a little sauce to each tortilla, I measured everything out before hand and used probably a teaspoon on each one but do you, add your cheese, add your veggies. I used tomato, red and green bell pepper, onion, and baby spinach. But again, do you.
Top with basil (and more garlic if you feel so inclined.)
Pop them back in the oven for 6-10 minutes depending how melted you want your cheese.
(I did weigh everything but again, didn’t think to make a post until I was half way done eating sooooo… just look at the serving sizes on whatever brands you use, I believe in you. 😂)
