The garlic was better for a couple weeks there, now it’s back to being pathetic. I keep a couple heads on hand to double or quadruple all the garlic they send.

Personally, I toss the garlic they give me and use pre-minced garlic from Costco – less labor and I get to use more garlic than they give out. Win-win.

I use practically and entire head of garlic of not at least half per recipe 🤭 I too was in SHAMBLES when they had the audacity to send one tiny lil sliver!!!

And here I am on Everyplate getting a whole garlic bulb every week. And I just use jarlic because I’m lazy. What do I do with all these garlic bulbs!
