Pros:
* crispy chips
* good sauce
* fresh as hell
* hella generous portions
* quick turnaround
* the buche was bomb. Flavorful and tender.
Cons:
* the chips tasted too much like the oil it was cooked in
So this place could have been a hit but its main ingredient, the fresh chips, just tasted like oil. It was overwhelming after awhile since all you taste is oil.
