Grilled zucchini is one of our favourite grilled vegetable recipes. About 30 minutes is all you need for perfectly charred, tender but never soggy grilled zucchini spears. You’ll notice the same earthy flavors you already love in zucchini, but with that delicious lightly-charred smoky flavor added on.

Recipe

4-5 zucchinis
olive or avocado oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon red ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

For the sauce:
about 400 g. full fat yoghurt
2-3 garlic gloves
1 tablespoon tahini
lemon zest
lemon juice
