    Been experimenting with braising the pork in a vinegar based BBQ sauce. I also wound up throwing in a little sweet baby rays I had in the fridge. On a bed of onions and a couple of hot peppers from the garden.

    I see these on sale occasionally but have never cooked them. Is the end result pretty similar to a pork shoulder?
