I got this idea from another post here, trying to figure out a good use for my zucchini and squash. I accidentally added 2T of sesame oil instead of 1, so it could even be lower calorie. This was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I inadvertently let it all marinade for over 24 hrs, I think that just made it better. This is over 7 oz of venison (marinated in soy sauce, garlic ,rice vinegar and ginger.) I'll link the original post in the comments.

I also made balsamic glazed roast beets, but unfortunately my oven isn't working correctly and they aren't done yet.
