Egg fried rice, hopefully Uncle Roger doesn’t need to put foot down from chair. Fuiyoh!

You see people frying the egg first, setting aside and then adding later. As far as I'm concerned that's fried rice with added egg, I pushed the rice out of the way and let the egg cook for a bit in the side of the wok before working it through the rice so the grains get a generous coating of eggy goodness.
