Another vote for the tortilla quiche

    Under 500 cals (could be lower if I used all egg whites). 46 G protein.

    92 g egg whites

    2 eggs

    60 g cottage cheese

    38 g orange bell pepper

    69 g tomato

    29 g spinach

    28 g shredded mozz mozzarella

    1 large low carb tortilla

    Put large tortilla in air fryer basket. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, and spices (or whisk by hand) pour into tortilla. Add veggies, cheese and bake at 325 for 15ish minutes.

    I’ve made this everyday for 3 months lol I do only egg whites instead of eggs and I add chicken!

    When you say tortilla, do you mean the potato thing or the flat wheat thing?
